Reservations

NASBO has confirmed a group rate of $289 per night single or double occupancy, plus a 12.685% charge of state and local taxes. This rate is available three days pre/post conference, based on availability. 

At checkout, attendees will be billed $260/night (plus tax) and NASBO will be billed $29/night (plus tax) for room nights booked Saturday, Sunday, Monday and Tuesday. Any additional nights will be at the full $289 rate.

Additional Hotel Information

Complimentary Breakfast & Nightly Reception

Complimentary hotel breakfast is available on the lobby level weekdays from 6:30-9:00 am and weekends from 7:00-10:30 am.

As part of the conference, NASBO will provide a breakfast buffet for attendees and guests in the East End Ballroom (lobby level) on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings. 

The hotel also hosts a complimentary nightly reception is available on the lobby level daily from 5:00-6:30 pm. 

Cancellations

Cancel by 5:00 p.m. MST 48 hours prior to arrival to avoid a one night room and tax fee.

Early Departures

Changes in a guest's date of departure after check-in may result in an Early Departure fee of $100 and/or change in room rate. Early Departure fees will be waived if a force majeure situation develops or if attendees leave for a documented medical emergency or if recalled to their state by their Governor. 

Hotel Parking

On-site hotel parking is available at an overnight rate of $16.00. 
A daily rate of $8.00 is offered for drive-in attendees. 

Internet Access

Complimentary internet access is available.

Hotel Fitness Center

The fitness center is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Pool

The pool is open 7 days a week, 8:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m., located on the 2nd floor.

Transportation

Denver International Airport (DEN)
Approximately 39 miles from hotel (45-60 minutes depending on traffic).

Eight Black Airport Shuttle (Direct from DEN to Hotel)

• Reservations must be booked by June 27.

• Meeting registrants will receive an email from NASBO the last week of June with information on how to book this shuttle. Contact Lauren Cummings with questions. 

• NASBO Annual Meeting group rate of $58-69, one way (including taxes)

• Airport Pick Up Location: The only pick up point is on the WEST side of the Denver airport terminal, at the curb outside of DOOR 512. This is the same level as baggage claim and is right by the baggage claim area.

• If your flight is delayed, text (preferred) or call (970-371-6963) Lindsey to request to be moved to the next shuttle time. Share your name, new arrival time due to delay, and if you have a new flight number. 

Taxi

• A flat rate of $115.04 from Denver International Airport to Boulder is offered.
  
• Passenger pickup is located at Island 1

Ride Share

• Approximate cost of rideshare is between $80-$150 dollars, depending on traffic and time of day.
• Passenger pickup is located at Island 5
  

SkyRide Route AB1 - Boulder/Denver

• SkyRide Buses will take you directly from Denver International Airport to Downtown Boulder and are accessible from each airport gate.
  
• Buses depart every 15 minutes and run approximately 3:30am to midnight. 
• A one day airport pass is available for $10.50, and can be purchased online by downloading the RTD MyRide App.
  
• View SkyRide Bus schedule and interactive commute map. 
• Attendees utilizing the bus service are advised to get off at stop #26100 - Downtown Boulder Station Gate 2. From this stop, it is a 5 minute car ride to the hotel.
